Homage (2020)
Homage is my pandemic project. It turned into an introspective autobiographical journey, as I realized that once the pandemic is over, I was about to move out of my hometown forever. The images are of places I grew up in and the forests surrounding them.
Through this project, I tried to showcase how my emotionally troubled childhood altered my perception of real life, while employing abstract enough imagery so that other people will empathize as well.
